نقل مجتمع مدفوع من مكان إلى آخر يخيف الناس، لأن الخوف الحقيقي ليس التقنية. الخوف أن يضيع نصف الأعضاء في الطريق.

هذه الخطة التي نراها تعمل، وهي أربع خطوات في أسبوعين:

اليوم الأول · صدّر قائمتك من حيث أنت. قبل أي إعلان. القائمة لك، خذها أولًا.

اليوم الأول أيضًا · افتح غرفتك هنا وامنح كل عضو حالي شهوره مضاعفة. بقي لأحدهم أربعة شهور هناك؟ يحصل على ثمانية هنا، مجانًا، برابط هدية واحد من صفحة الأعضاء. لا أحد يدفع مرتين، ولا أحد يخسر ما دفعه. هذا يجيب عن السؤال الوحيد الذي سيسأله الجميع.

اليوم الثاني · رسالة شخصية لأهم عشرة. ليس إعلانًا عامًا، بل رسالة خاصة بالاسم لعشرة أشخاص يثق بهم الباقون. حين يظهر هؤلاء العشرة في الغرفة الجديدة أولًا، يتبعهم الباقون من تلقاء أنفسهم.

اليوم الثالث · إعلان مثبّت في المكان القديم. جملة واحدة واضحة: إلى أين انتقلنا، ولماذا، وماذا يحدث لشهورك. ثم تذكير واحد بعد أسبوع، وإعلان أخير بعد أسبوعين: الأرشيف يبقى، والحياة هنا.

ثم توقّف عن النشر هناك. المجتمع يتبع النشاط. لو بقيت تنشر في مكانين، سيبقى الناس في مكانين.

Moving a paid community from one place to another scares people, because the real fear is not the technology. The fear is losing half your members on the way.

This is the plan we see working, four steps in two weeks:

Day one · Export your list from where you are. Before any announcement. The list is yours, take it first.

Also day one · Open your room here and give every current member their months doubled. Someone has four months left there? They get eight here, free, with one gift link from the Members page. Nobody pays twice, nobody loses what they paid. This answers the one question everyone will ask.

Day two · A personal message to your top ten. Not a public announcement, a private message by name to ten people the rest trust. When those ten show up in the new room first, the rest follow on their own.

Day three · A pinned announcement in the old place. One clear sentence: where we moved, why, and what happens to your months. Then one reminder after a week, and a final post after two: the archive stays, the life is here.

Then stop posting there. A community follows the activity. If you keep posting in two places, people will stay in two places.
