Refunds and cancellation
Every paid membership, course, event and plan on Nadi is sold by NADI ONLINE FZ-LLC. Nadi handles refunds, cancellations and payment disputes, not the community owner.
Community memberships, courses and events
- Change your mind within 7 days: ask within 7 days (168 hours) of a payment and we refund it in full. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal. Your access for that period ends when the refund is made.
- After 7 days: payments are not refundable for part of a period. We still refund when the community did not deliver what it described before you paid, when an event was cancelled, or when the law where you live gives you the right to a refund.
- If Nadi closes a community, we refund the time you paid for and did not receive.
Nadi plans (Pro and Max)
Plan fees are billed in advance and are not refundable for part of a period. If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, tell us within 30 days and we refund it in full.
Cancelling a subscription
Go to Settings → Memberships (or Settings → Billing for owners) and choose Cancel. Your subscription then does not renew, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; use the 7-day rule above if you are within it.
How to ask for a refund or raise a problem
- Email support@nadi.online from the address on your account. Include the date and amount of the payment.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- We make approved refunds within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; most problems are solved faster that way. If you do open a dispute, Nadi answers it, not the community owner.
Payments made outside Nadi
A payment made directly to an owner outside Nadi, such as a bank transfer, is between you and the owner, and Nadi cannot refund it. Tell us if an owner asked you to pay outside Nadi.
These rules do not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
