Child safety standards
Nadi (NADI ONLINE FZ-LLC) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Nadi is a platform for communities, live classes and lessons. You must be 16 or older to have an account, and 18 or older to own a community or pay.
What is never allowed
- Any content that sexualises a child: images, video, audio, text, drawings or AI-generated material.
- Grooming, meaning any attempt to build contact with a child for sexual purposes, on Nadi or off it.
- Sextortion, or any threat or pressure involving sexual images of anyone under 18.
- Trafficking or any other exploitation of children.
- Sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
What we do
- Remove it. We remove CSAE content as soon as we find it or it is reported.
- Ban the account. We permanently close the accounts involved.
- Report it. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and to the relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates and in other countries where the law requires it.
- Keep the evidence. We preserve information for law enforcement only where the law requires or allows it.
- Cooperate. We work with lawful requests from law enforcement.
How to report
- Block the person from their profile or your messages.
- Email us: support@nadi.online, with "Child safety" in the subject line. We treat these reports first.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police straight away.
Child safety contact
Our designated child safety contact is reachable at support@nadi.online. This person can answer questions about our CSAM prevention practices and how we comply with them.
