This page explains how NADI ONLINE FZ-LLC ("Nadi") applies the rules in sections 3, 5 and 8 of the Terms of Service to what people post and do on Nadi. It does not add to those rules or change them. If this page and the Terms ever say different things, the Terms govern.
1. What is not allowed
Section 3 of the Terms says you agree not to use Nadi to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so, including infringing someone's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or incite violence or hatred against anyone;
- post sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real person without their consent;
- send spam or unsolicited promotion, whether in a feed, a comment, or a direct message;
- upload malware, probe or interfere with our infrastructure, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or payment;
- scrape or bulk-collect data about other members, or use anything you find here to train a machine-learning model without permission;
- resell or sublicense access to a community you did not create, or share paid material outside it.
Section 5 adds duties for community owners. Among them, an owner agrees to deliver what they advertise, to describe pricing, access, and any drip schedule accurately before someone pays, and to remain responsible for what their moderators do, and for content their members post, once they know about it.
2. Who enforces the rules
Enforcement happens at two levels.
Inside a community, its owner and admins act on their own members and content. They can:
- delete posts and comments, and lock or pin posts;
- remove a member, or ban them and later lift the ban;
- during a live session, remove or pin chat messages, slow the chat down, mute someone, take a guest off the stage, and end the session.
A renewing subscription does not lift a ban, and a banned member cannot start a membership, pass or ticket checkout. The admin who bans someone can also cancel that member's subscription.
Across the whole platform, Nadi enforces the Terms itself, whatever a community's own rules say. Our decision is the final one on our own service. Among other things, we can take a file in a community library down, so it can no longer be downloaded and its licence keys are revoked. Section 8 of the Terms sets out what else we may do.
3. How to report something
- A post or a comment. Members of the community can use "Report post" in the post's menu, or the flag on a comment. The report goes to that community's admins.
- A community, post, live session or person. Use "Report this community", "Report this post", "Report this live" or "Report this person". You will find them on the community's About page, on post pages, during a live session and on its replay, and in the menu on a person's profile. These reports come straight to Nadi, not to the community's admins. Except on profiles, you do not need to be signed in.
- A file in a community library. Anyone signed in can use "Report this file" on the file's page. The report comes to Nadi, not to the community that published the file.
- A direct message. Block the sender from the conversation menu, then write to us at support@nadi.online.
- Anything else, including requests from authorities and rights holders, goes to support@nadi.online.
4. What happens after a report
- People decide what happens, not an automatic rule. Nothing is removed just because it was reported.
- Community admins see reports about posts and comments in their review queue, decide whether to act, and mark each report as handled or dismissed. The community's admins can see who filed a report made to them.
- Nobody can close a report about their own content. If no one else in the community is able to review it, the report comes to Nadi as well.
- Reports made to Nadi arrive in Nadi's own inbox with the details needed to act on them.
- If you think a decision about your content or your community was wrong, write to support@nadi.online and tell us why.
5. Tools you control
- You choose who can start a direct message with you: everyone, people who share a community with you, or nobody. Owners of communities you belong to, and Nadi's official account, can still start one unless you have blocked them. You can block anyone, and a blocked person is not told.
- Posting, commenting, messaging and most kinds of report have rate limits, to slow down spam and abuse.
- Files uploaded to a community library are limited to a list of allowed file types.
